Nestled in the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona, Arizona, Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Kachina Point offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents.

Our rehabilitative therapy is available seven days a week to our patients and residents, using the most state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology available. We also have an outpatient clinic with physical, occupational and speech therapy for post-discharged and outpatient therapy.

We are pleased to offer two unique specialty programs. Our Alzheimer’s Program is designed to address the specific needs of those with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related diseases. Our center also offers a specialized Orthopedic Program, for those recovering from hip replacement surgery, or any other bone, joint or muscle related condition.
